'Live It Up' In Pretty Shoes

I tell you, after the day I’ve had, these dazzling metallic beauties are just the thing I need to feel a little bit sparkly again…
Continuing with this pink hued fascination I seem to have developed recently, these have a gorgeous rose gold tint about them and would look fab teamed with a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans and a crisp white shirt, an all black ensemble, a fancy dress, shorts, a much needed spruce to your work wardrobe…or your pyjamas. Basically…these shoes are needed and I want, want, want.
Get them here and make me jealous.

Ooh...And This One

Want it!!!

Major Pink Coat Lusting

I’m having a moment for this colour again. The dusky pink-ness that so doesn’t suit my complexion, but that of which I am drawn to every time I see it. Catching up on my blog reading list, I came across this post by the gorgeous Fashion Slave and the obsession with pink was rejuvenated once more. I’d added a dupe…can we call it a dupe?…fromBoohoo to my ‘Lust List’ on Pinterest (a board I created that should probably, actually be called ‘When I Have Two Pennies To Rub Together To Replenish My Wardrobe Once More’ – long shot). I feel a rose (actually Mocha on the website) coloured piece like this is what is missing from my current, rather lack lustre wardrobe and I will not rest until it is there!! I’m a woman on a mission. Jesus, chill.

Oh, and this is the Boohoo one that I also rather admire. Swoon.

TILT // Birmingham

TILT is a pinball arcade, come craft beer hangout, come one of the best god damn desserts I’ve ever had-venue!
Located within City Arcade in Birmingham (a road I’ve never ventured to before), TILT was surprisingly…appealing looking? I’m not sure what I expected from a pinball / beer / coffee place but it just looked cool. There was a mixture of industrial / vintage and it just worked really well.
The plan was to have beer and that was about it, but I was drawn in by the ever so tempting looking Peanut Butter Blondie creation, which totes lived up to its appearance. Delving a little further, I’ve realised TILT collaborate with BAKE in Birmingham. I like that they’re keeping their produce local.
Beer wise, I had a Lukas Helles Lager which did the trick and refreshed! I was intrigued by the Coffee Cream Ale too…had a sip, liked it, didn’t love it – glad I stuck with lager. Maybe next time.
Verdict: Go – eat cake and drink good beer!

Here We Go Again...

Blog numero…5? I have decided to be less concerned about the opinions of others and the self criticism and just write about whatever I want, whenever I want. Stay tuned for a rambling of thoughts from inside the mind of Hayley Willetts and have a look at what makes me tick. I’m hoping to inspire and entertain as much as the (100’s) of blogs I read right now.
Here’s a snapshot of what to expect from this blog…
Shopping. Tattoos. Food. Drink (beer mainly). Beauty. Make Up. Clothes. Street Style. Celebrities. Chocolate. Events. Music. Clubs. Restaurants. Parties. Dogs. Sequins. Sparkle. Coffee. Eggs. Magazines. Social Media. PR. Marketing. Dancing. Fitness. Interiors.
The list goes on.
In the mean time, enjoy a beautiful pic of a street in the picturesque Auvillar in France. For no other reason apart from being stunning.
